Salford Welcoming Statement

At Salford Mennonite Church, we have journeyed for almost 300 years as a community working to faithfully follow Christ.  We celebrate that all individuals are created in God’s image, in beauty and grace, no matter their age, gender, race, disability, ethnicity, or sexual orientation, and are welcome as members in our congregation.

We call on all to:
  • Connect with us in worship of our Lord in a learning community of an Anabaptist tradition and if so willing,
  • Grow with us in fellowship, biblical study, baptism, communion, and
  • Serve in the work of Jesus, who instructed us all, "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”
Salford Mennonite Church is a member of Mosaic Mennonite Conference, Mennonite Church USA, and Mennonite World Conference.
