The Salford Youth are holding an online youth auction!
Saturday, April 24th
10am-6pm

Picture
During COVID we have been active: 2020 service week, youth nights, bonfires and retreats. This summer some youth will go to MennoCon21in Cincinnati, OH and we will also hold a local week for service and spiritual growth. To do these things we need your support!
10% of all proceeds will be tithed; they will be split between Healthy Niños Honduras and SWAP (our cancelled 2020 service week location).  All other proceeds from this online auction will go toward youth trips, programming, and curriculum. Donations are also welcome! Make checks payable to "Salford Mennonite Church."

How it works
On Saturday, April 24th by 10am the complete list of auction items will be shown below. (They will be added beforehand as they are donated.) Most items will be on display at the church building in the days ahead of the auction; stay tuned for more info.  Each item will have a starting bid of $10. Beginning at 10am, all bidders will then e-mail SalfordMennoniteChurch@gmail.com with a bid in increments of $5. (That address is only for this purpose, it is not in regular use.) For a bid to be counted, it must be emailed to that email address.

Think of the bid as a silent auction of sorts. You will have until 6pm to submit bids for the auction, and can bid as many times as you want. Current bids will be updated next to each item throughout the day so that you can follow along. We will try to update as bids come in, but there may be some delay.

At the end of the day, winners will be notified by email and each winner will then donate the specified amount to Salford Mennonite Church by Monday morning, either through the giving page or by check,  to Salford Mennonite Church with "youth auction payment" on the memo line (if you also include a donation, please note that with your payment or by emailing Brad). You will be contacted after the auction about how to receive your item; if you live too far away to deliver they will be mailed. It would be kind of you to donate to cover postage if we need to mail the items, and please be cognizant of which items will mail well when you bid.

If you have any questions, you can reach out to Pastor Maria.
