Bradley Alderfer has been Church Administrator for Salford since February, 2009. Brad has been a member of Salford all of his life and married his wife Sondra (also from Salford) in April, 2008. Brad graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Environmental Resources Management, and worked for 10 years at Hatfield Quality Meats supervising the Environmental Affairs department. After leaving Hatfield, Brad volunteered for two years with Mennonite Voluntary Service in Fresno, CA. Returning to Pa in 2006, Brad was interim youth pastor at Salford for 18 months, while also driving school bus locally, before taking the position of Church Administrator. Brad has a passion for creation care, church service work, and sharing the story of the good news of Jesus Christ. Brad enjoys the interactions with church and community members that his work provides. He is honored to be part of the daily life of church through participation in worship, wedding, funerals, working with ministry teams, and assisting the pastors.
